The company has therefore adopted a systematic training and development process which includes:

1 year traineeships for new concretors (minimum 4 new trainees per year)

Certificate IV in Business for supervisors and site managers.

Frontline Management for Leading Hands.

Short Course Contract Admin and Estimating Courses for contract Administrators and Estimators.

Certificate II in Business for general admin staff.

Various software training as required for admin staff.

Three day Leadership Programs for in house participants from all levels of the organisation from MD to labourer or receptionist.

Monthly planning assistance as follow up to the three day leadership programs.
