Extent of works include the supply of all materials, labour, plant & equipment for the complete supply & whole installation of:
-Detail excavation in other than rock & removal of spoil from site
-Supply, pump, place & finish concrete in footings, pier caps, retaining walls, ground slabs and paths, walls, columns, stairs and suspended slabs and hobs
-Curing with Multicure R
-Detail excavation, supply and place blinding & concrete in 1 no.crane base - reinforcement and h/d bolts supply and fix by others
-Detail excavation, fix reo mesh & supply and place concrete in hoist base
-Formwork, joints, fix mesh & supply and place concrete in 200th hardstand slab (560m2) - platform preparation by others
-Block wall footing along western bank
