Shane has worked with the company for 18 years starting as a floorlayer and progressing through on site leadership positions to become part of the management team. Shane has 30+ years experience in the building and construction industry and he brings to this role a level headed and responsible approach. His roles with QR have included Site Manager and Resource Manager. He is currently responsible for managing and supervising major projects for the company. His role incorporates the ongoing development and implementation of QRC’s Workplace Health and Safety and Quality Assurance systems and processes.
